Amazon celebrates ‘The Rings of Power’ Season 2 premiere with 3 free titles on Prime Gaming

It’s premiere week on Prime Video. ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ returns for a darker second season, whose first three episodes will be available starting this Friday, August 29. To celebrate, the company has announced that it will offer three free games from the franchise. All Prime Gaming members – one of the benefits of Amazon Prime – will have the opportunity to claim these titles and add them to their respective libraries permanently. What the Lord of the Rings games are about

The first two titles on the list are open-world games developed by Monolith, published by Warner Bros. Games, and set in Peter Jackson’s cinematic universe, although their stories are non-canonical. They introduce one of the most celebrated mechanics of recent years, a system called Nemesis. Through this mechanic, the ranks of the enemies change as the player defeats orcs, so that the hierarchy gradually changes.

LEGO The Lord of the Rings follows in the footsteps of other games in this saga, such as LEGO Harry Potter or LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The title is based on the events of the film trilogy, although always with a touch of humor. It is a light adventure that allows us to handle the characters from the movies, all while they enter the darkness of Mordor.

In ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ the identity of Sauron has now been revealed. The forging of the first rings will begin a new era for Middle-earth, a time of darkness and death. The new episodes premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
