An Epilogue to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet’s The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero expansions gets a release date and a new trailer
Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have just announced one final adventure set after the expansion of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, with a new trailer and release date.
The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero still has some more content for players. On January 11, 2024, an epilogue that takes place after the story of both expansions for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will be released for all users that own the Expansion Pass, which will see the player teaming up with the Academy trio of Arven, Nemona, and Penny as they journey through Kitakami, the region were the Teal Mask expansion took place.
The trailer above shows a very small peek at what players can expect, and while no plot details have been given, it’s nice to see the protagonist of Scarlet and Violet traveling once again with the three main friends that were so important for the story of the main game.
As shown in the trailer itself, to gain access to the epilogue players will be required to have finished the main story of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, as well as to have completed both the Teal Mask and the Indigo Disk expansions. Both of these DLCs are now available to be played in full, so everything you need right now is to meet these requirements. There is no time limit to play the Epilogue once it unlocks next year.
At what time will the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Epilogue be available?
The epilogue for The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero will be made available, as mentioned before, on January 11, 2024. More specifically, players will be able to start playing on that day at the following times:
