Apex Legends: From the Rift unleashes the cosmic power of Rift Relics

The twenty-third season arrives full of surprises

Apex Legends: From the Rift, the game’s twenty-third season, comes with many surprises revealed to us during a closed streaming with part of the Respawn Entertainment development team, including

  • Amanda Dorion - Narrative Director
  • Evan Nikolich - Design Director
  • Haydn Cooper - Animator
  • Eric Canavese - Lead BR Designer
  • Evan Funnell - Legends Designer
  • Devan McGuire - Legends Lead Designer
  • Mike Button - Event Manager
  • C4 Cleroux - Director of Player Investment

Most of the changes are focused on Lifeline, which includes new abilities and much more. In this twenty-third season, the Outlands will unveil the Rift Relics, which will offer new abilities and weapons that will increase the power and fun of the players.

Lifeline renewed

The Medic now has new updated tactical, passive, and ultimate abilities, such as the D.O.C., which now heals all nearby allies and can be set to follow them once deployed. Passively, Lifeline can now grab the D.O.C. and glide with it for a few seconds. Finally, Lifeline can now throw the D.O.C. to activate his 360-degree Halo Shield. This shield system blocks bullets and heals players inside quickly.

Support class updates

All Support Legends have new perks this season that will make them the envy of the squad. They will now have the Heal Expert perk, which allows them to move faster while healing, and the Revive Speed perk, which allows them to revive allies faster and with health regeneration.

Rift Relics

Cosmic portals will now appear, bringing relics full of weapons and perk kits that can change the course of the game. We will be able to find the EPG-1 grenade launcher with infinite ammo, collateral damage, and rocket jump capabilities. We will also see the original Bocek, now more devastating, and we will find exotic power-ups such as the Life Steal, which heals with every hit we deal and instantly refills health or armor with shots to the head. Some of the craziest ones are the kits with abilities that alter reality, allowing us to go back in time or hover.

New melee weapon

Players can now obtain the Raptor’s Claw, a new universal melee cosmetic. This can be unlocked through the Void Mercenary Store from November 5 to January 7. Once obtained, players will be able to unlock the Crystal Chamber Deathbox and 5 other deadly variants. After January 7th, the Raptor’s Claw will move to the Mythic Store.

Battle Pass

At level 40, players will be able to access Ash’s Legendary Skin “Star Cluster,” and at level 60, players will be able to get their hands on the Reactive “Energy Flow” Mozambique. Caustic’s Legendary Skin “Astral Anomaly” and the Legendary “Lethal Dose” Rampage will also arrive. On the other hand, there will be 10 Legendary Exotic Shards and Epic Skins, Banners, Emotes, Weapon Charms, and more.

Ultimate Battle Pass

This will provide instant rewards, including 1200 Crafting Metals and 8 Apex Packs with a Legendary Pack.

Ultimate+ Battle Pass

You will receive all Ultimate+ Battle Pass content, including Instant Rewards: 1200 Crafting Metals, 8 Apex Packs, 10 Battle Pass Levels, and all playable Legends for the duration of the first Battle Pass. You will also receive an additional 10 Exotic Shards and 2 Ultimate+ Legendary Aspect Skins for Ash and Caustic.

It is important to note that the Ultimate and Ultimate Battle Pass are not available in all regions.
