ASUS ROG and Kojima Productions unite at CES 2026 with a limited-edition Flow Z13

At CES 2026, ASUS Republic of Gamers showcased a partnership with Kojima Productions. The collaboration creates a limited-edition product line by fusing the technical engineering of ROG with the artistic vision of Hideo Kojima’s studio. The ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a customized version of the company’s well-liked tablet-laptop hybrid, was designed under the direction of renowned artist Yoji Shinkawa.

The famous mascot of Kojima Productions, “Ludens,” served as a major inspiration for the collection’s aesthetic. The Flow Z13-KJP’s chassis, which has carbon fiber components, CNC-milled aluminum cutouts, and a simple, industrial design language, makes this clear. The device turns into more than a collection item, as it comes with a custom carrying case, unique packaging, and a specialized interface theme within the Armory Crate software, making the user experience feel immersive from the moment the device is turned on.

Performance meets Artistry

While the design captures the artistic spirit of the studio, the internal specifications are focused on delivering a top-tier experience for both gamers and creators. The Flow Z13-KJP is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, which integrates Radeon 8060S Graphics. A significant standout feature here is the architecture. Unlike traditional gaming laptops that separate memory for the processor and the graphics card, this device uses a unified memory architecture with a massive 128GB pool.

This unified memory means the system can dynamically allocate resources where they are needed most. Whether you are playing a graphics-intensive open-world game or editing high-resolution video, the hardware adjusts to optimize performance without bottlenecks. The visual experience is delivered through a 13.4-inch 2.5K Nebula Display with a 180Hz refresh rate, ensuring that fast-paced action remains smooth and fluid.

ROG added a set of complementary peripherals with Shinkawa’s hand-drawn designs to finish the setup. The lightweight ROG Keris II Origin-KJP mouse, the ROG Delta II-KJP headset, and the ROG Scabbard II XXL-KJP mousepad are all included in the collection. Each accessory uses a unique color scheme of white, grey, and gold to unify the appearance of a player’s desktop and bears the cooperative “For Ludens Who Dare” slogan.
