Attack on Titan is getting a new manga all about Levi Ackerman’s childhood

The Attack on Titan author has revealed that volume 35 of the manga will arrive with a preview of his next manga, ‘Bad Boy’, a prequel centered around Levi’s childhood.

The end is not the end, although with ‘Shingeki no Kyojin’ It’s no surprise either. Although we thought that the manga had already ended and that the anime was going to do the same this weekend (don’t miss the trailer for the last episode), apparently there are more titans on the horizon. On April 30, 2024, Hajime Isayama will launch a new volume of ‘Attack on Titan’, volume number 35, in which we can read, among other things, a story that will act as a prequel and narrate Levi Ackerman’s childhood.

Called ‘Bad Boy’, this new manga will consist of only 18 pages, which was previewed in ‘Attack on Titan Fly’ (the new art book of the series) and will delve into one of the fans’ favorite characters. Considered “humanity’s strongest soldier”, Levi Ackerman is the captain of the Survey Corps special operations squad and has starred in some of the best moments of the series, such as Kenny’s chase or the fight with Zeke.

Here you can see a first preview of the manga. The drafts of four of its pages, courtesy of the official ‘Shingeki no Kyojin’ wiki:

As they remind us in the comments of the tweet,in the manga there are already several sequences (most of them shocking) about the origins of Levi. There are even several OVAs about it, but it seems that Isayama still has things to tell and explore about the character. Here is a look at it’:
