Black Myth Wukong comes back with impressive six minute gameplay trailer

Game Science surprises with a new gameplay video that showcases the Monkey King going head to head with several bosses of Black Myth Wukong.

Just as they have been doing in recent years, Game Science takes advantage of the summer heat to share news about their new Action RPG, Black Myth Wukong, a lavish adventure that adapts the classic story of Journey to the West. And this time we are facing a new and spectacular gameplay trailer of more than 6 minutes of duration in which its protagonist, the monkey king, faces different bosses. And expectations could not be higher.

Black Myth Wukong and its new gameplay

“We finally got to play Black Myth: Wukong, the gorgeous Unreal Engine 5-powered, next-gen soulslike that’s inspired by the 16th-century Chinese novel Journey to the West. Find out our thoughts as we faced off against three different bosses,” says IGN’s video description, who got the exclusive opportunity to play Black Myth Wukong.

In this new gameplay that you can see above these lines you can enjoy up to three vibrant fights against some of the bosses of the game, as well as different main characteristics of its gameplay, among them, the high difficulty of the title, to the point of comparing it with the Dark Souls saga.

The fights against bosses evolve through different phases of increasing difficulty, which will be a challenge even for the most experienced players who will have to identify attack patterns and weak points while they try not to perish in the attempt; or in many of them.

All this while switching between three stances, each with their respective combat styles, and mastering their staff as the main weapon. Of course, at the moment we do not know when we will be able to enjoy Black Myth Wukong on our PC and consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X|S), although it is expected to hit the market in summer of 2024.
