Call of Duty: Advance Warfare weapons will come to Modern Warfare 3 after its launch

The release of Sledgehammer Games’ next title is still a long way off, but some of the weapons coming to multiplayer have already been leaked.

Leaks are one of the most dreaded aspects of many productions, but in certain franchises, they seem to be the bread and butter of each new release or update. Call of Duty is no stranger to this type of situation, and its next installment, Modern Warfare 3, has already leaked details that will arrive shortly after its release.

Call of Duty: Advance Warfare will be part of Modern Warfare 3

During the presentation of Modern Warfare 3 at COD Next 2023 last week, we knew that the title would feature several elements from past installments in the franchise, but a leaker has shown one of the many nods to the past we’ll be getting. According to Twitter user @el_bobberto, four weapons from Advanced Warfare, one of the most divisive titles in the franchise, will be coming to Modern Warfare Season 3. The user claims that these weapons are

  • the EM1 energy weapon
  • ASM1 submachine gun
  • Bal-27 assault rifle
  • MORS sniper rifle
