Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is reportedly getting DOOM, Halo, and Gears of War collaborations

Recent rumors are pointing towards a new wave of collaborations for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 with multiple Microsoft franchises, including Doom and Halo.

Call of Duty getting weird and unexpected collaborations in its latest titles is not such a surprise, but now that the Activision franchise is under the Xbox and Microsoft name, players were hoping to see some very specific characters joining the shooter. Well, it seems like our prayers could be getting answered, as new rumors and leaks have surfaced that claim Black Ops 6 is about to get Halo, DOOM, and Gears of War representation.

As is to be expected, none of this has been confirmed or announced by Treyarch, Activision, or any of the studios and companies that hold the rights to these franchises or games. These rumors started circulating on social media recently, as renowned leakers of the Call of Duty games began hinting at the idea that both Master Chief and Doomguy would be coming to Black Ops 6.

On Twitter/X, @vondyispog was the first one to share the tease of the two characters for the multiplayer shooter. Soon after, other leakers with good records on their accuracy and data mining leaks began echoing the idea. According to another leaker who goes by @Shpeshal_Nick an insider has confirmed this to be true, even adding that Gears of War’s Marcus Fenix was being thrown in as well as skins, although this tweet is now suspiciously unavailable.

Of course, until we get confirmation from one of the involved parties, we have to take all of this with a grain of salt. However, it’s exciting to think of these three heroes of the shooter genre running around in multiplayer lobbies, holding off hordes of Zombies, and claiming victories over in Warzone.
