The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 multiplayer beta will allow players around the world to get a first-hand look at what Activision, Treyarch, and Raven Software have in store for them in this year’s Call of Duty release. As announced by Activision on the game’s official website, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 multiplayer beta will be available in two separate waves over the following days:

• Early access: from 1:00 PM ET on October 2 to October 5, 2025.
• Open beta: from October 5 to October 8, 2025.

The game’s beta is available on all platforms on which it will be released. That is: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Furthermore, while the open multiplayer beta has no access requirements beyond downloading it on your preferred platform and playing while it is active, early access is limited as follows:

• All players who have pre-ordered Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 are eligible to participate.
• It is also available to users subscribed to certain levels of Xbox Game Pass, both on console and PC.
• Finally, early access to the beta can be obtained through promotional codes distributed by Activision itself, some streamers and content creators, and even MeriStation via social media. Stay tuned!

In addition, as an essential requirement, the Activision account where you redeem the code must be linked to a Battle.net, Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox account in order to download the beta on your corresponding platform.
