CES 2024: Alienware Unveils QD OLED Gaming Monitors

Monitors with up to 360Hz native refresh rate, up to 1000 nits luminance, and NVIDIA G-SYNC support

At CES 2024, one of the world’s most important technology trade shows taking place January 9-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Alienware unveiled its new line of QD OLED monitors for gamers with native refresh rates up to 360Hz, luminance up to 1000 nits and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC.

We were able to see and test the Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED (AW3225QF) and the Alienware 27 QD-OLED 360 Hz (AW2725DF) at a preview event in New York City a month ago.

These monitors will arrive at the beginning of the year and seek to position themselves as two of the options to consider in the competitive PC master race market.

Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED (AW3225QF)

This 32-inch 4K curved monitor is designed for users who want a premium viewing experience by minimizing reflections and expanding peripheral vision despite its high resolution. It also offers infinite contrast, more realistic blacks and up to 1000 nits of luminance.

The AW3225QF features up to 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms gray-to-gray response time, Dolby Vision HDR and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification. In addition, it supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and VESA AdaptiveSync.

This monitor is equipped with HDMI 2.1 support for variable refresh rates, console mode and adaptive eARC with Dolby Atmos or other devices.

Alienware 27 QD-OLED de 360 Hz (AW2725DF)

The 27-inch model features QHD resolution and is aimed at competitive gamers with a native refresh rate of 360 Hz and a minimum response time of 0.03 ms from gray to gray. It features VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync certification. It includes an adjustable ergonomic stand, a hexagonal base and 360-degree air vents to prevent the panel from overheating.
