The system includes an AI-driven monitoring feature named “Jindo the Dog.” This tracks usage patterns to detect potential emergencies. If the toilet has not been used for over 12 hours—a potential sign of an accident or health crisis for a senior living alone—the system automatically sends an alert to loved ones.

On the comfort and usability front, VOVO has integrated features that prioritize independence and hygiene. The NEO is entirely touch-free, utilizing motion sensors to automatically handle lid opening, closing, and flushing. This touchless approach significantly reduces contact with surfaces, a major plus for maintaining a sanitary environment. For users with limited mobility, the advanced bidet system offers adjustable water pressure, customizable temperature settings, and an oscillating wash, ensuring a thorough clean without physical strain.
Despite the heavy integration of technology, the design remains minimalist and modern, ensuring it doesn’t look out of place in a contemporary home. With additional touches like a heated seat, a warm air dryer, and an energy-saving Eco mode, the NEO proves that the bathroom is finally ready to join the rest of the smart home ecosystem.
