Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III full experience will arrive this week and although year after year the multiplayer mode is the main reason why fans of the series buy this game, the campaign mode is already available, being an important part of getting to know the weapons and some gameplay options before entering the online combat. While the results of this campaign are certainly not well received in the early reviews, the player’s opinion is the one that counts. How many missions CoD Modern Warfare 3 campaign have?
The campaign for this edition of Modern Warfare 3 consists of a total of 14 or 15 missions, depending on whether you count the “Countdown” sequence or not. As is tradition in the franchise, we will be jumping between characters and continents as we go through each of them. Almost every mission in the game will give you a reward that you can use in Modern Warfare 3′s multiplayer mode, including Calling Card, Operators, Blueprints, and double XP tokens.
The campaign experience of Modern Warfare 3 includes the Open Combat missions (a total of 6 missions), which could be described as Warzone-like missions where we find ourselves on an open map where we get our equipment from supply crates, armor plates, vests, and more.
How Long is Modern Warfare 3′s Playtime?
So how long will it take you to complete all the missions? As always, this depends on two main factors: the difficulty and your speed of play, but you may be able to complete them all in a single afternoon. You may also want to find all the items hidden in the Open Combat missions.
Since the game is not that long - and historically it never has been - the title can last from 3 to 10 hours according to several sources consulted, but for now the site HowLongToBeat has an average time of 5 hours with just the mission, and up to 10 and a half hours in its completionist mode.
