CoD Warzone Season 5 Confirms All Content Coming with Reloaded

Call of Duty: Warzone has unveiled all of the content that Season 5 will receive as part of Reloaded, its usual midpoint boosts for each content frame. The wave of new features will debut on August 30 at 9:00 AM PT on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Content highlights include the addition of Lara Croft, three new weapons, and a new map for Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 Reloaded Details

The first unexpected addition to the mid-season reinforcements is this out-of-the-blue crossover between this Battle Royale and the Tomb Raider franchise. The famous Lara Croft will arrive as a playable Operator who will come with her own content pack starting September 9th. She will be joined by 21 Savage and Mace.

In terms of weapons, we will see a new sector unlocked in the Battle Pass. In it we will find the three weapons that will be included in the armory, among them an old model from Call of Duty 4. The Lachmann Shroud is a reinterpretation of the mythical MP5SD. We are talking about a submachine gun with an integrated silencer, perfect for short distances. Next to it we will see the 9mm Daemon pistol and the climbing spike. As already confirmed by Activision, they will be transferred to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Although Warzone is being beefed up with new contract levels for the Shadow Company faction in the DMZ, there are some really interesting new features coming to Modern Warfare 2. The new map, called Zone 1, is designed for fast-paced play, with shortcuts and flanking in the classic Call of Duty philosophy. On the hillside is the Sniper Shootout, where two duos will have only one precision rifle to take out the enemy.
