A new book that already has a publication date in the United States as well as the premiere of its film adaptation, confirming the good health of the work.

‘Sunrise on the Reaping,’ the new book in The Hunger Games, will be available in United States on March 18, 2025. The fifth book in the saga will be released in 2025 and will serve to delve even deeper into the universe created by Suzanne Collins, a part of the history of her universe that readers have always wanted to know more about and delve deeper into.

What is Sunrise on the Reaping about?

The new novel by Suzanne Collins is a prequel, like ‘The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,’ and it confirms the enormous potential of The Hunger Games universe. This time it takes place 24 years before the events of the first novel, beginning on the morning of the harvest of the 50th Hunger Games, known as the Second Quarter Quell, in which Haymitch Abernathy was the victor.
