Cyberpunk 2077 redeems itself with “very positive” reviews on Steam for the first time since release

For the first time since its launch in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 has managed to get “very positive” reviews on Steam, as a result of their constant work since then.

CD Projekt Red and Cyberpunk 2077 have practically completed their redemption arc after the bumpy launch of the popular video game at the end of 2020. And, after not a small amount of patches, updates, and various fixes, the game in its current state is very different from this initial version from three years ago. And the changes are at such a level that users ofSteam have decided to rate it as “very positive” through the platform’s review system.

Cyberpunk 2077 earns forgiveness three years later and gets very positive ratings on Steam

Marcin Momot, CD Projekt’s community director, gave the good news on the morning of July 14, 2023: Cyberpunk 2077 is getting very positive average ratings on Steam. “Thank you all for acknowledging the hard work the team has put in over the years since the release!” Momot said.

When he tweeted the post above these lines, 80% of the ratings of Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam were Very Positive. However, at the time of writing this news, this percentage is higher: 86%. And if it’s an uptrend, it’s likely to keep going up.
