Dafne Keen would “pay to come back to the MCU” after being X-23 ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’

Rumors about Dafne Keen returning to the MCU as X-23 gain strength as the actress herself shares her excitement for the idea.

While the appearance of Dafne Keen as her character from ‘Logan’ in ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’ was no surprise, thanks to the final trailer of the movie revealing her return, it was still extremely exciting to see her as X-23 once again. And it appears that, at least if it was up to her, it wouldn’t be the last time we see her on the big screen again, claiming that she “would 100% do this for the rest of my life.”

There’s no saying which of the MCU’s upcoming productions could fit an appearance by her, but taking into account the inventiveness of Kevin Feige and company, and that it has never been a problem, surely they are capable of finding a place for her.

Dafne wants to be part of the future of the UCM

“I would love to come back. I would pay them to come back” Keen said. “Playing Laura has been the biggest honor of my life. To me, we’ve only scratched the surface with her since she’s such a complex character. She’s so cool, just from a fan’s standpoint.”

Furthermore, the young actress specifies which variant of X-23 appears in ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’, and it doesn’t have to get too complicated: it is the same Laura from ‘Logan’. “Ryan (Reynolds) and Shawn (Levy) told me ‘no variants. You’ve been at TVA for a few years, and you lost your accent because you spent time in America,’” he explains. “You are a very smart girl, you learned English when you were with Logan, so for you, seeing this person is like wow, this is my dad, who I haven’t seen in years.”.

One of the most speculated theories in recent weeks is that Laura will be Wolverine in the MCU from now on, something that fits perfectly considering that the X-Men will have to have a complete reboot.
