Deadpool arrives in Marvel Rivals in Season 6: Night at the Museum
Night at the Museum expands the roster, adds a convoy map, and introduces new rewards.
Marvel Rivals reaches Season 6, titled Night at the Museum, which is now available starting today, January 16. Below, we review all the new features coming to the Marvel universe team shooter.
The big star this season is Deadpool, who joins the roster as a triple-role hero, a feature that gives him unique versatility on the battlefield. However, to preserve competitive balance, an important restriction has been implemented: in both Quick Play and Competitive modes, there can only be one Deadpool per team.
In addition to the addition of this new character, the Museum of Contemplation map will be released on January 29. This stage is specifically designed for the convoy mode, in which teams must escort a target through rooms filled with history and references to the Marvel universe, offering new tactical routes and opportunities to take advantage of the characters’ abilities.
More rewards and new ways to interact
Season 6 also introduces a major update to the Hero Proficiency system, raising the maximum level cap for each character. As players progress, they will be able to unlock a wide variety of cosmetic items, including units, unstable molecules, titles, nameplate frames, and dynamic avatars. For fans of customization, a new batch of accessories will be added for characters such as Rogue, Doctor Strange, Mister Fantastic, Iron Man, and Captain America, among others.

Finally, social interaction receives a significant boost with the arrival of Photo Mode in Times Square and the opening of The Clobberin’ Club. In this new area, players can challenge others to one-on-one duels. In exchange for a small amount of units, these battles can be broadcast on giant screens across the map, allowing everyone present to witness the confrontation and victory.
