‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle’ Now Has a Streaming Release Date in the United States

Crunchyroll, the leading anime streaming platform, has finally confirmed the release date for ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I,’ the first part of the hit trilogy that has taken movie theaters around the world by storm. In fact, the new film in the ‘Kimetsu no Yaiba’ saga will be available in the United States starting July 28 at 8:00 a.m. PT. Crunchyroll made the announcement, adding that the film will be available both dubbed in English and in Japanese with subtitles; additional dubbing and subtitle languages will also be included, though they have yet to be determined.

‘Infinity Castle I’ Now Has a Release Date in the United States

‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I’ is the first film in an epic trilogy that depicts the final battle of the hugely popular and award-winning anime series. “Tanjiro Kamado – a boy who joined an organization dedicated to hunting down demons called the Demon Slayer Corps after his younger sister Nezuko was turned into a demon.,” according to the official synopsis.

This is fantastic news for fans of the ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ franchise and anime in general, as they’ll soon be able to enjoy one of the medium’s biggest and most popular phenomena from the comfort of their own homes. Let’s not forget that ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I’ was nominated for Best Animated Feature at the Golden Globes, for Outstanding Animated Feature Film at the Producers Guild of America, and made the shortlist for Best Animated Feature at the BAFTAs—no big deal.

In addition, ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle I’ will be available for digital purchase in select regions on the Apple TV, Prime Video, Google Play, YouTube, and Fandango apps on July 28, with pre-orders opening today, July 4.
