Dragon Ball

‘Dragon Ball Daima’ reveals release date outside of Japan, thanks to Crunchyroll

Looks like we won’t have to wait long to see Goku and company again.

Dragon Ball Daima

The celebration of the 40th anniversary of Dragon Ball will not be limited to Japan. ‘Dragon Ball Daima’, the next new adventure of Goku and his friends and the last work of the late Akira Toriyama sensei, was already scheduled for release in Japan on October 11th. Fortunately, we will not have to wait long, as Crunchyroll has announced that they will be handling the distribution.

‘Dragon Ball Daima’ now has a release date in the Americas

In a post on their official blog, Crunchyroll announced that they will be responsible for bringing ‘Dragon Ball Daima’ to the territories of North America, Central America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. With this announcement, they also revealed that we will not have to wait too long, as the series will debut on the streaming service on October 11. For now, there is no scheduled time for the premiere, but considering that the simulcast offered by the platform will happen at the same time or a few hours after the premiere in Japan, we will not have to wait that long to see the return of Goku and his friends.

October 11, a day to celebrate Dragon Ball everywhere

The release of ‘Dragon Ball Daima’ is not the only thing that fans of the series have to look forward to. On the same day, Bandai Namco will release Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, the new title that continues the style of the series we knew on this side of the world as Budokai Tenkaichi, offering us a total of 164 fighters and everything we need to go back in time and follow the story of Dragon Ball once again. The title will be available for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox X Series X|S.
