Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO confirms 11 more characters in new trailer

What for many will always be Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 4 has just released a new and spectacular trailer (below), which unfortunately has not confirmed its release date. Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, developed by Spike Chunsoft and Bandai Namco Entertainment for PS5, PC, and Xbox X Series X|S, has only used the video to show some of the new gameplay features present in this release.

These include the return of moves such as Dragon Dash and Impact Action, a series classic, as well as an increase in character speed (making Sparking! Zero the fastest game in the entire franchise). In addition, features such as “Short Dash,” “Revenge Counter,” and “Vanishing Assaults” have been introduced, forcing players to devise different strategies to win.

All Characters Confirmed for Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero aims to be the fighting game with the most characters in history. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (with 89 fighters), Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections (which went over 130, although it was 87 in various forms), and at the top, the predecessor and mentor of the one we are talking about today, Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (which set the record for the fighting genre with 98 characters and a total of 161 versions). Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero has confirmed that it will have more than 164 characters, of which it has already revealed more than 40 names:
