EA Sports FC 24 temporarily removes a player because she can’t stop losing the ball

FIFA players are already enjoying the “new” football saga from Electronic Arts, this time known as EA Sports FC 24, after losing the license of the official body. As usual, the game has been released with some small problems, and one of them is fun, except when it happens when playing online, something that surely has happened quite often and not a few players have noticed it.

And it is this failure that concerns Ada Hegerberg, the Norwegian player of Olympique Lyon, who has certainly been very popular in the early stages of Ultimate Team, as it has an average card of 89. However, Hegerberg, Ballon d’Or in 2018, has a rather significant problem in the game... and that is that she constantly loses control of the ball.

As we can see in the video, due to a bug, Hegerberg is permanently leaving the ball behind, so EA has decided to temporarily remove her from the game.

“We are investigating an issue impacting the Ada Hegerberg Player Item,” they said on X, formerly Twitter. “Players who have this Item in their active Squad will not be able to start a match until the Item is removed from the Squad. Players who had the Ada Hegerberg Player Item in Ultimate Draft will have their Drafts reset and will be provided with a Draft Token in the coming days.”

Electronic Arts hasn’t revolutionized what worked when the franchise was called FIFA, and both on and off the pitch we see a perfectly familiar game.
