Epic Games Store Kicks Off its Super Sale with Death Stranding Free for a Limited Time
Hideo Kojima’s latest work can be yours without paying a single penny.
The Epic Games Store launches its Super Sale campaign. Among the discounts on a large part of its catalog is its free games campaign. The “Mystery Games” will arrive weekly until June 15th. The first selected title is an old acquaintance for fans of the store.
Death Stranding is returning to the campaign so that it can be redeemed by those who were unable to redeem it on its first run. Once you redeem it, it will be permanently linked to your profile in the store. You must do so before the end of its duration: May 25th at 8:00 AM PT. At that time, a new game will be unlocked at no additional cost.
Keep in mind that this is the base version, so it does not include the additional content that the Director’s Cut includes, so you will be missing some elements such as time trials and additional missions. It’s a fantastic opportunity to experience the return of Hideo Kojima after his long tenure at Konami before the release of Death Stranding 2, which is on its way.
