Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, the return of a video game classic

Fatal Fury, known as Garou Densetsu in Japan, is one of the most outstanding fighting game sagas in video game history. It was created in 1991 by Takashi Nishiyama, a former employee of companies like Irem and Capcom, who was the director of the first Street Fighter. Nishiyama’s legacy is outstanding, working as a producer in other outstanding SNK sagas such as The King of Fighters and Metal Slug, in 2000 he would leave SNK and founded Dimps, responsible for games such as The Rumble Fish, the Dragon Ball Xenoverse saga and also working on Street Fighter IV or Soulcalibur VI.

With a multitude of installments behind it, the Fatal Fury saga has served to bring forth such powerful things as The King of Fighters, as well as unforgettable characters such as brothers Terry and Andy Bogard, Joe Higashi, and the fearsome Geese Howard.
