One of them is, in fact, the million-dollar question: How to get money quickly and easily? We offer you several tips that will be very useful when grinding for a ton of Gil.
How to get money in Final Fantasy 16
The first thing you should know is that although money is important and it is always good to have a generous reserve of Gil, in this installment it is not as definitive as in others due to the fact that the amount of items, weapons, and equipment you need to buy is smaller than usual. For that very reason, you won’t need to farm money like a maniac by killing enemies over and over. Instead, it is better to take advantage of the contents that we indicate below.
- Enemy encounters – Every time you win a battle you receive a small amount of gil. It’s not much, so fighting excessively thinking about making money won’t really make you rich, but the money you earn while defeating enemies progressing through the story isn’t bad.
- Side Quests – We recommend you do them all, since in addition to money you can get items you can buy later as a reward, and that means that your savings will be greater.
- Complete Hunts – This is the most important thing, so our advice is to pace yourself until you unlock the Hunts board. There are 32 special monsters that progressively appear on the base’s bulletin board, and every single one will give you more money than you would earn by fighting dozens of normal enemies. It is the fastest way to amass a great fortune.
- Sell Valuables – In your inventory you will see many crafting items, but among them you will often find some that have yellow text indicating that their only use is to make a profit by selling them. Take a look at your inventory from time to time and sell them all at once.
Final Fantasy XVI is available exclusively for PS5. It’s also confirmed for PC, but there’s no word on a possible release date.
