First it was ‘The Simpsons’, and now it’s ‘South Park’s turn: this is Fortnite’s new collaboration with new outfits and free items

After several weeks of rumors and leaks, one of the most eagerly awaited collaborations in Fortnite, the hit video game from Epic Games, has finally been confirmed. Just a couple of months after the celebrated mini-season of “The Simpsons,” a new crossover arrives with another animated series that is as veteran as it is iconic: 'South Park.’ Let’s take a look at all the information about the new outfits for Stan, Kenny, Kyle, Cartman, and Butters, as well as the special weapons introduced with their arrival.

• New free mini-pass Born in Chaos: players can complete missions and earn exclusive rewards completely free of charge.
• New game mode - Quintets: Epic Games is experimenting with a variation on Battle Royale and Zero Build modes. For the first time in its history, Fortnite will allow matches with teams of up to five players at a time.
• New map change: Cartmanland replaces Wonkeeland for the duration of the event. In this location, we’ll see many nods to Cartmanland from the South Park series, as well as all kinds of surprises.
• New weapon: The Stick of Truth. The Stick of Truth from South Park comes to the game as a Mythic rarity weapon that will allow us to take down our enemies and inflict divine punishment on them, even allowing us to control the storm. Overall, what we’ve seen looks very good, and it’s a collaboration that has been carried out with great care. In this regard, Epic Games doesn’t usually disappoint. The outfits themselves are quite faithful to the artistic style of the original animation, although it is true that, as with other small characters such as Bart and Lisa Simpson, Epic’s way of “standardizing” their size is to reimagine them riding on personal battle robots. In this way, the tiny children of South Park have similar heights to the rest of the Fortnite outfits, avoiding any possible balance issues arising from their proportions.
