Epic Games confirms through teasers several highly rumored outfits for Fortnitemares 2025: Ghostface and Scooby-Doo and his friends.
Epic Games has begun to give the first clues regarding Fortnite’s programming for Halloween 2025. The highly anticipated seasonal event will feature horror icons such as Ghostface from the Scream saga, and even Scooby-Doo and his friends as new outfits. Although this had been rumored for some time, several game files have confirmed the arrival of these characters to the popular battle royale.

Over the past few weeks, several Fortnite leakers have commented that Epic Games had new Halloween collaborations in mind, with Ghostface from Scream and Scooby-Doo and his friends from the animated series of the same name as new themed outfits. Prior to the official announcement, this information has been confirmed by the release of several official teasers confirming the arrival of the following characters:
- Ghostface (Scream)
- Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne, and Velma (Scooby-Doo)
- Semibots (R.E.P.O.)
It is still unknown what accessories they will bring, their price, or their release date beyond the fact that they will arrive at some point during Fortnitemares 2025, a themed event that is expected to begin on October 9 and last until the first days of November. Although the outfits themselves have not been shown, the artwork on the posters suggests that the characters’ appearance is very faithful to their original designs while maintaining Fortnite’s slightly cartoonish style, so fans will be more than satisfied.
