Forza Horizon 6’s most annoying Drivatar has already become a community meme

An ultra-aggressive AI opponent has turned Japan’s open roads into a demolition derby.

Update:

Over the past few installments, the Forza franchise has introduced the concept of the Drivatar—a representation of our driver that learns from us the more we play, eventually appearing not only on our friends’ tracks but also on those of other users. Seeing friends and acquaintances cruising through the vast worlds of Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon has always been a moment that makes us feel like we’re in good company as players, even when our friends aren’t online. However, one Drivatar has become so notorious in Forza Horizon 6 that the official Xbox social media account has acknowledged it.

Who is Bowie Knife99, and why should you avoid him in Forza Horizon 6?

If you thought racing in Japan was going to be peaceful in Forza Horizon 6, you’re wrong, because Bowie Knife99 has established himself as one of the most aggressive players and Drivatars, ramming any player who lets him. A true menace on the streets of Japan with a driving style so unique that it has sparked discussions on Reddit, Steam, and X.

Players constantly report that this AI opponent goes out of its way to ram other cars, push drivers off their racing lines, and ruthlessly cut corners to steal first place. In addition to having a very aggressive driving style, there’s something about this Drivatar that’s hard to wrap your head around, as it has shown up in races driving the most unlikely cars—and winning, or simply handing out a beating to players. It’s gotten to the point where it’s become a meme, on par with Let Me Solo Her” in Elden Ring or Leeroy Jenkins in World of Warcraft.
