The HoYoverse expands this July 4th with a new gacha from the creators of Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. We’re talking about Zenless Zone Zero, the urban-themed ARPG that is already delighting fans on PS5, PC, and iOS and Android mobile devices in free-to-play format. As usual for the company, Free reward codes are offered with which to increase your inventory of items. We’ll tell you how to redeem them and which ones are available to you.
How to Redeem Free Codes in Zenless Zone Zero
Inside the game
- Complete the tutorial until you can move freely around the city.
- Press the pause button and select the ‘More’ tab.
- Among the drop-down options, you will find one called ‘Redemption Code’. Click on it.
- A box will appear where you can enter the code you want to redeem. When you do, click on the ‘Redeem’ button.
- If it has worked, a message will appear under the box indicating that the process has been completed successfully.
- To collect the reward, click back and in the same drop-down menu to find the in-game mail feature.

- Go to the official code redemption website at this link.
- Sign in with your HoYoverse Pass account. If you play on PlayStation, iOS or Android, you must make sure that the account on that platform is linked to the HoYoverse Pass profile you are going to use.
- When you do, choose the server you play on and the nickname of the character you use will automatically appear below. This will be where the rewards will be sent.
- Write the code in ‘redemption code’ and click on ‘confirm redemption’.
- In case it works, now go to the ‘mail’ option in the pause menu within the game.
Remember that codes have an expiration date. Once it expires you will not be able to continue using it. Only one use per HoYoverse Pass account is allowed. When you redeem a code you will have a deadline to add the rewards to your inventory. Usually around 30 days.
