Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 confirms its release on Disney+

Disney+ is getting Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the long-awaited and incredibly successful end of the Marvel trilogy, this summer.

Marvel is taking a new step forward in the Disney+ catalog. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is coming to the streaming service on August 2. The closing of the James Gunn trilogy takes advantage of the summer holidays to be one of the great cinematographic alternatives on the small screen.

With the arrival of Volume 3, Disney+ will offer the complete Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy, one of the most beloved sagas of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Peter Quill, Rocket, Gamora, Groot, Drax, and company form a group that earned a place in the hearts of many fans. The film marked its premiere in theaters on May 4, that is, the gap between its debut and landing on Disney + is just three months.

What did we think of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3?

The movie did not escape our critical eye. During our review of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3, we said it is “A most tender and emotional film”. “It does not matter at all where it is located or not within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In recent years, many of the studio’s films get bogged down by introducing characters, introducing phases, and making cameos and winks at the fan. Not this time. This time what matters is the crew of the Milano and everything that happens with them during a surprisingly light 2 and a half hours of movie”, we said.

We affirmed that it is one of “Marvel’s most emotional” feature films, and the best one that has been released since the premiere of The Avengers. “We have no problem stating that our favorite UCM trilogy closes with it. Without the need for crossovers, metaverses, and other complications. An old school superhero adventure, the kind that ignited the fervor for the genre.”
