Midas has returned to Fortnite not only with his event, but also with a new tournament called the Rise of Midas Cup. This new competition allows us to get the new Midas outfit for free before it hits the store if we are good enough to be in a good position in the leaderboards of our region.
Rise of Midas Cup on Fortnite: date and times
The Fortnite Rise of Midas Cup will take place on Sunday, March 24, 2024. It will be a solo Battle Royale tournament. We will expand this section as Epic Games releases the specific schedule for each region.
Players will compete in up to ten matches over a three-hour period, with the goal being to earn as many points as possible by finishing high in each match and eliminating opponents.
The main incentive for participating in this tournament is the fact that you can get the new Midas outfit, called Ascendant Midas, for free before it hits the store.
Additionally, all players who participate and score at least eight points will receive The Rise of Midas Loading Screen for free.
Eligibility Requirements for the Fortnite Rise of Midas Cup
To participate in this Fortnite tournament, your account must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 13 years of age, or the required age if older in your country of residence.
- Comply with the Epic Games Terms of Use.
- Have two-factor authentication enabled
- Not be affiliated with Epic Games (not an employee or family member of the company).
- Username must comply with the Epic Games Code of Conduct.
- Account must have a good track record with no previous bans or warnings and be at account level 15 or above.
If we meet them, to participate in the tournament we just need to be connected to Fortnite at the date and time indicated depending on our region and choose the appropriate game mode.
