How to play the Sea of Thieves closed beta on PS5 and get exclusive cosmetics
There is a way to play a closed beta of Sea of Thieves on PlayStation 5, and even play it in advance, and this is how you can access it.
Sea of Thieves aims to arrive at the end of this month on PlayStation 5 and comes with many extras for this new crop of pirates that will begin to enter in this world. The best thing is that there are players who can access a closed beta and try all the improvements that this version offers on Sony’s console and also get unique cosmetic items for their character.
Sea of Thieves PlayStation 5 Extras
Those who pre-order any of the versions of Sea of Thieves on PlayStation 5 (more details later) will be able to access the closed beta of the game, and even those who purchase the Premium Edition will be able to play 5 days before launch.
On the other hand, there are a number of extra cosmetics that will be exclusive to these players. Those who pre-order will have access to the four Ruby Viper weapons, as well as the Scarlet Storm Parkeet. Those who participate in the closed beta will have access to the Dauntless Adventurer Sails and Title, which will be exclusive to PlayStation and will not be transferable to other consoles.
In addition, Rare revealed that it is also working on a unique sail for PlayStation players during launch to commemorate “the coming together of pirates across platforms.”
