‘Hunter x Hunter’ returns: Shonen Jump confirms the manga’s return and reveals when the next chapter will be released

Today is a great day for all manga fans. More than a year after the publication of its latest chapter, ‘Hunter x Hunter’ will finally return to Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. This was confirmed this morning via a leaked image from the magazine, which reveals that Chapter 411 will be released next Sunday, June 28, and will be accompanied by a new color illustration.
The latest hiatus for ‘Hunter x Hunter’ began on December 4, 2024. Since then, Yoshihiro Togashi, the series’ author, has been sharing previews of the upcoming chapters on social media, which helped fans remain hopeful about its eventual return to Shonen Jump. The wait seemed endless, but the magazine has finally been able to bring back one of the most acclaimed manga series in its history.
Where can you read Chapter 411 of ‘Hunter x Hunter’?
Just like with ‘One Piece,’ ‘Boruto,’ and ‘Kagurabachi,’ the new chapter of ‘Hunter x Hunter’ will be released worldwide via Manga Plus. Chapter 411 of the manga will be available on the platform starting June 28 at 12:00 p.m. ET, already translated into English.

Just as ‘Hunter x Hunter’ returns after more than a year and a half away, Shonen Jump has also confirmed that ‘Kagurabachi,’ its most recent hit, will go on a one-month hiatus. According to the magazine, this hiatus is intended to protect the health of Takeru Hokazono, the manga’s creator, so his fans are more than happy with the decision. And, incidentally, ‘Hunter x Hunter’ will fill in for it, so no one has any reason to complain. A great summer is on the horizon when it comes to shonen manga.
