Indiana Jones and the Great Circle unleashes 5 minutes of gameplay and a release date

Professor Jones is making his way back to video games with a new title by Wolfenstein developers, MachineGames.

Update:
Indiana Jones y el Gran Círculo

Adolf Hitler is still obsessed with relics of the past, but good old Indy is not willing to let the Nazis get hold of any treasure. Set between the first and third films, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle unleashes its whip and dives into adventure. Developed by MachineGames, the makers of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, this new title opts for the first person, although there will be moments in which the protagonist will be seen whole from a third person perspective.. Everyone assumed that the title would be present at the Xbox Games Showcase and Bethesda has not disappointed: 5-minute gameplay trailer and its release date. When? It will be released in 2024 on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC, and Game Pass.

A new and original Indiana Jones story

This brand new story begins just after Indiana Jones abandons Marion Ravenwood, his fiancée. The professor follows in the footsteps of the thief of an archaeological artifact, so he goes to the Vatican to conduct an investigation. Over there He will discover that certain locations around the world trace a perfect circle, so he will travel to different places in Italy, Thailand, China, Egypt, and the Himalayas to unravel the mystery. He will also team up with Gina Lombardi, an investigative journalist who is conducting her own research into the matter. On the opposing side is Emmerich Voss, a Nazi scientist who will not hesitate to use psychological torture to achieve his goals.

Some controversy arose a few months ago over the possibility of Xbox launching its games on other platforms, including titles such as Starfield and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. However, Microsoft made it clear that at least for now has no intention of marketing these products on other consoles. In any case, Phil Spencer – head of the division – didn’t close the doors entirely to this possibility.
