Inside Out 2 has a new trailer and confirmation of its release date
Among the many revelations that Disney has made this last few days, a new trailer for Inside Out 2 has confirmed the release date for the movie.
It’s been a busy few days for Disney, and it seems like they have no intention of slowing down. A new trailer for Inside Out 2 has just been released, confirming its release date for June 14, 2024!
Titled “Team”, the new trailer works as a quick reminder of all of the emotions that live in Riley’s head, how they work together to help her out, and the mysterious appearance of a new emotion, Anxiety. Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2 is set to release in theaters on June 14, 2024, which makes it the very next Disney release.
The synopsis for the movie reads as follows: “Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2″ returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone. Maya Hawke lends her voice to Anxiety, alongside Amy Poehler as Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Lewis Black as Anger, Tony Hale as Fear, and Liza Lapira as Disgust. Directed by Kelsey Mann and produced by Mark Nielsen, “Inside Out 2″ releases only in theaters Summer 2024.”
Disney’s bright future has a plan
On February 7, 2024, CEO of Disney Bob Iger revealed during an investors call that they already have dates for the next movies of the company and its many studios. Revealing specific dates for Zootopia 2 and Moana 2, as well as release windows for many of the company’s other projects, he made it clear that 2025 and 2026 will be pretty busy years.
