Lego Dungeons & Dragons is releasing blind box sets of minifigures very soon
Aside from that amazing LEGO Dungeons and Dragons set that gives you an adventure you can literally build, a wide lineup of minifigs is also coming soon.
Fans of LEGO and Dungeons & Dragons rejoice! The toy company has just revealed their continuing collaboration with Wizards of the Coast’s epic roleplaying phenomenon, as aside from the already impressive Red Dragon’s Tale set you can now pre-order a blind box of minifigures you can use for your adventures.
This collection of minifigures is set to include various characters, which also include some of the most notable figures in the lore and multiverse of D&D. However, you don’t choose which ones you get, instead, you’ll have to buy a blind box that can include any of the 12 characters. There is 1 surprise LEGO Dungeons & Dragons minifigure in each box and a total of 12 characters to collect: Tiefling Sorcerer, Elf Bard, Halfling Druid, Dwarf Barbarian, Dragonborn Paladin, Aarakocra Ranger, Gith Warlock, Mind Flayer, The Lady of Pain, Strahd von Zarovich, Tasha the Witch Queen and Szass Tam.
Each character comes with at least 1 unique accessory, including Dwarf Barbarian with an ax and torch and Gith Warlock with a dagger and magic staff, or a Mind Flayer with an adorable Intellect Devourer.
The pre-orders for these mystery boxes are now available through the official LEGO store, where you can buy an individual box (with only 1 random character) for $4.99. Or if you prefer, they also have packs of six available for $29.99. These minifigures are planned for release on September 1, 2024.
