The overhaul of the Team-Up system and the extensive rebalancing of characters promise to significantly alter the competitive meta, forcing players to experiment with new team compositions and strategies. At the same time, changes to general mechanics—such as regenerative shields—are designed to make battles more dynamic than ever and provide a more balanced experience for both veterans and newcomers joining the game for the first time this new season.
