Marvel Studios’ Secret Invasion has revealed its episode count and length

With the arrival of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in theaters around the world, Marvel is back on everyone’s lips; perhaps for this reason, Marvel Studios wanted to take advantage of the media pull to share new information about their next series for Disney +,,Secret Invasion, starring the fireproof Samuel L. Jackson. And these news are most interesting since they confirm both the number of episodes and the duration of each of them.

This was shared by Empire in their new issue, sharing an interview with Samuel L. Jackson himself, where he talked about the evolution of his character in the MCU through the new image that we offer you below, where you can see the wounds on his face: “All those things are part of a Nick Fury that’s invulnerable. Here you have a guy who’s showing his face, and showing his age. It’s an opportunity to humanize someone that everybody thinks is superhuman,” Jackson says.

Furthermore, it was confirmed that Secret Invasion will have a total of 8 episodes in which Nick Fury will have to face a silent invasion on a large scale by the Skrulls, who have managed to enter the highest circles of power in humanity. But best of all, each of the Secret Invasion episodes will last for 1 hour, being the Marvel Studios series with the longest episodes so far.

Secret Invasion premieres exclusively on Disney+ on June 21, 2023, a month in which great blockbusters will start to appear in cinemas such as The Flash, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
