The Nintendo Direct on September 12 has cleared up the main unknown about Samus’ new adventure: its release date.
The months of excitement and anticipation are over. Today, September 12, Nintendo has put an end to speculation surrounding the release date of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. Samus’s new adventure will arrive on December 4 for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
We know that this version of Samus will be closely linked to psychic abilities. This new feature in the series will allow the young woman to extend her actions through her powers. Hooks, shields, even picking up objects from a distance. It is a key part of her gameplay systems that affects not only exploration of the world of Viewros, but also combat.
