Star Wars
Neither in Rogue One nor in video games: This was Darth Vader’s most brutal moment
The Sith stars in some of the most deadly scenes in both the films and other media such as comic books.

At the end of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the movie picks up where A New Hope left off, and Darth Vader bursts onto the Rebel ship, lightsaber in hand. The Sith annihilates everyone in his path in an absolutely brutal sequence. His level of violence is total, but Vader has had other terrifying moments. Not only did he break a boy’s neck in the 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' series, but he was also responsible for one of the galaxy’s greatest genocides, Order 66.
After succumbing to the dark side, Anakin Skywalker - already Darth Vader, but still unarmored - follows the orders of Darth Sidious and heads for the Jedi Temple with the Clone Troopers. The old Jedi take the masters, apprentices and initiates inside by surprise. With their defenses stretched to the limit, the Knights are unable to withstand the attack and most are killed in the ensuing battle. Most cruelly, Vader also kills the children who trust Master Skywalker to protect them. Although the scene is cut from the movie, it is clear what happens within the walls of the temple.

Vader against the world
Another of Darth Vader’s most terrifying moments appears in the ‘Vader Down’ comic, which continues in issue 13 of ‘Darth Vader’. The Sith is shot down by his son Luke Skywalker, who doesn’t yet know his true identity. Of course, he survives the impact, which is very bad news for the surrounding rebel army.
Because, yes, there are dozens of men stationed around them, but Vader is so powerful that he realizes that nothing is going to save them. He warns them that this is going to end very badly for them... and it does, and it does.
