New details about GTA 6 leak, pointing to parodies of Uber, WhatsApp, and OnlyFans
Take-Two Interactive registers several domains discovered by an insider.
The Grand Theft Auto franchise has always played with satire and social criticism. More than ten years have passed since the release of GTA 5, a period of time in which many changes have taken place in the world. WhatsApp, Uber, PayPal, and OnlyFans are part of the contemporary world, and everything seems to indicate that GTA 6 will parody them.
The information has been posted on GTA forums and comes from Tez2, a regular insider at Rockstar Games:
“Chit chat aside, I came across some domains all registered on May 27 under Take-Two’s nameservers” that may be ‘related’ to GTA 6. “ These domains could be in-game sites that R* may redirect to VI’s page later on, like what we’ve seen” in the fourth and fifth installments. “Or some could be completely unrelated instead.”

At the moment, nothing is official and everything is speculation. People believe that rydeme refers to apps like Uber or Cabify, while Buckme could be a kind of Patreon. Hookers-galore sounds a lot like OnlyFans.
GTA 6 is still scheduled for release on May 26 on PS5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. Some voices have continued to warn of the possibility of a further delay, but Take-Two Interactive is confident that it will meet the scheduled release date. In any case, the company is keeping the whole process under wraps.
