This game, announced last year, will be a spin-off focused solely on a single adventure, so it will be available at a reduced price of $49.99 on the Nintendo eShop. It also happens to be the second title we’ll have in July, alongside the release of Rhythm Heaven Groove, which arrives on the 2nd of that same month.

You can play it either solo or with friends in local or online multiplayer. When playing solo, you’ll be accompanied by allies—the Deep Cut trio of musicians Frye, Shiver, and Big Man. The goal of the game is to explore, collect Spirhalite Shards, and gather materials to build mechanisms that help you fight the Salmonids In the video, we get a glimpse of the action Splatoon Raiders will offer, from character customization to what these raids will be like, a look at the Spirhalite Islands, as well as the new weapons we’ll use to obtain the coveted loot.
