Nintendo Direct September 14, 2023 summary: Everything Announced

It’s been about 3 months since Nintendo held its classic Nintendo Direct presentation to show us everything that’s coming for the rest of the year. Now, we had 40 minutes to take another look at the titles we hope to see this holiday season.

These are all the announcements of The Nintendo Direct 9.14.23:

Splatoon 3 Expansion Pass: Side Order - Spring 2024

We begin with a look at the mysterious Expansion Pass Wave 2: Side Order from Splatoon 3. Here we will strengthen our character through a series of challenges. It’s scheduled to arrive in the spring of 2024.

Mario vs Donkey Kong - February 16, 2024

The Game Boy Advance classic returns as Donkey Kong steals all the Mini Marios. Mario must retrieve them in puzzle-filled stages. This updated version features cooperative play with a friend. Mario vs. Donkey Kong is scheduled for release on February 16, 2024.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

The recently announced title once again shows details such as the amulets and weapons that Sargon will have to use to save the Prince of Persia this January 17.

Horizon Chase 2

The racing game returns with a sequel featuring new cars and tracks, and 4-player couch co-op. The title arrives today

Super Crazy Rhythm Castle

A rhythm title with more than 20 songs inspired by Konami games. It will be released on November 14th.

Spy x Anya: Operation Memories

Spy x Family shows its first video game where we will help the adorable Anya to create a photo album. Spy X Anya: Operation Memories will be released next year.

Super Mario RPG

A new look at the gameplay of Super Mario RPG, which will feature new game mechanics and updated graphics. Super Mario RPG will be released on November 17.

Another Code - Recollection

The Nintendo DS classic Trace Memory returns with a new adventure that follows Ashley as she solves puzzles to find her father on an island. The game will include the DS title as well as a sequel that never made it to America. Another Code Recollection will be released on January 19, 2024.

Princess Peach Showtime!

Princess Peach must save the Sparkle Theater in this solo adventure. With transformations that give her new abilities such as Swordfighter, Detective, Patissiere, Kung-Fu and many more. The title will arrive on March 22nd.

SaGa Emerald Beyond

The SaGa franchise is back with its 6 unique characters. The title will be released next year.

Tomb Raider I - II - III Remastered

The first three Tomb Raider titles return in this remastered collection, including expansions and secrets, with the ability to switch from the original to the remastered look. It will be released on February 14, 2024.

Detective Pikachu Returns

Pikachu and Tim continue to investigate cases using their detective skills and the Pokémon’s special abilities. Detective Pikachu Returns is scheduled for release on October 6.

Trombone Champ

The rhythm title Trombone Champ is coming to Nintendo Switch, taking advantage of the Joy-Con to play the instrument. The title arrives today.

Battle Crush

Battle Royale Brawler inspired by various mythologies. It’s a free-to-play game that will launch next year and will have an open beta this year.

Wartales

A tactical RPG where we will have to prepare our soldiers to defend villages. It will be a temporary Switch exclusive on consoles.

Contra: Operation Galuga

Contra is back with this version that reimagines the franchise, counting with a cooperative of up to 4 players.

Unicorn Overlord

Prepare your army of humans and elves in this artistic Tactic RPG, this March 8, 2024.

Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD

Luigi is back in this remastered version of the classic Nintendo 3DS Title. Play the original game and even compete on the 4 player multiplayer on Summer 2024.

Nintendo Museum

A wide variety of the company’s history will be displayed. Construction completed by March 2024, with an Opening Date coming later down the line

The war is back with Wargroove 2. New Factions and game modes, including a cutscene creator will be available on Nintendo Switch, as a console exclusive, on October 5.

Dave the Diver

One of the surprises of the year, Dave the Diver will arrive on Nintendo Switch on October 26, to mix the fishing and sushi serving game. A demo will be available today.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass 6

Diddy Kong, Funky Kong, Pauline, Peachette are the new racers for the last Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave. This content will arrive on Holiday sesason.

Among Us

A new map, the Fungle, will arrive Among Us on October 2023.

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

The Nintendo GameCube Classic, Suoer Mario The Thousand-Year Door will be back on 2024.
