Nintendo launches its Year in Review 2024 with everything we played this year
Nintendo ends the year with this year in review.
December, a new day, a new year in review. And you can tell that we are approaching the end of the year because finally the three main companies have released their recaps of what we played this year, with Nintendo being the last to enter this always interesting way of closing the year.
Nintendo Year in Review 2024, how to access it
As with PlayStation and Xbox, it is just a matter of going to a website and logging in with our account. After a few seconds, we will have all the information of this 2024. Starting with the first title we played on Nintendo Switch, the total number of games we played on our console (and the number of hours we played), the most played titles, as well as our “gaming style” by dividing the games we played into categories.
This year in review will also show us which month we played the most hours, as well as various information per game and per month. As if that were not enough, at the end we have the opportunity to download a “free printable calendar” featuring some of the Nintendo characters that we met throughout the year.
2025, a big year for Nintendo
While 2024 was a game of strong titles for Nintendo, 2025 promises to be an important year for the Kyoto brand. With the imminent announcement of the Nintendo Switch successor (and several rumors, alleged leaks, and companies hints), next year will be one that puts them in the headlines for what the next console will bring and the games that will accompany it.
For now, and according to what Shuntaro Furukawa, president of the company, announced in May this year, March 2025 is the deadline by which we will know more details about the successor to the Nintendo Switch, which will already be 8 years old next year. For now, there are not many official details, except that the console will be backward compatible with the games of the current Nintendo Switch.
