One Piece

‘One Piece’ and the emotional trailer about Kuma, which reminds us of one of the most shocking flashbacks of the series

One of the most emblematic characters of the series and its most touching moment.

One Piece

Bartholomew Kuma, one of the most emblematic characters of ‘One Piece’ and a figure of enormous importance in the current arc of Egghead. The official YouTube account of ‘One Piece’ has decided to pay their special tribute with a video that compiles the flashback about Kuma that was seen in the manga and has not yet made it to the anime.

The Japanese rock band Mr.Children, one of the most famous in Japan and active since 1989, is responsible for the music of the emotional video. The single Hero, released in 2002, has become one of Mr.Children’s most emblematic songs and is now part of a compilation video that shows us the emotional flashback of Kuma, fitting perfectly with what it shows us and making us cry once again as we count the days to see it in the anime.

‘One Piece’ and its special tribute to Kuma

Kuma’s flashback, even though it did not make it into the anime, is considered by many fans of ‘One Piece’ to be the best of the entire work, and that is a big word when the author usually excels in this type of story. Exaggeration or victim of the moment? Not at all, anyone who has read Kuma’s story may like it more or less but will agree that it is a demonstration of the love of enormous emotion and that it is difficult not to shed a tear.

This is not the first time that Mr.Children has been associated with ‘One Piece’, as they also created ‘Fanfare’, one of the musical themes of “One Piece Movie: Strong World’, the tenth movie by Eiichiro Oda, which was released in 2009.
