When will we find out the truth? Well, when ‘One Piece’ comes to an end, something for which there is no confirmed date at the moment, although it is estimated that it will be sooner rather than later.

Oda’s game has given rise to a strong theory among fans: Luffy will find the other half of the message in the final stages of the ‘One Piece’ story. It’s not unreasonable to think that this will be the case, and that it will happen with the arrival of the last volume.
