Palworld’s PC version is more complete than the one on Xbox: these are the main differences
Better audio quality, higher crafting speed, Pal renaming, and more. There are various Palworld features on PC that are missing on the Xbox version.
Palworld is giving a lot to talk about, and not in vain, as it has become one of the very few games capable of bringing together more than one million simultaneous players on Steam, in addition to overwhelming sales figures that already exceed 5 million copies sold. To this we must add the fact that the game is also available on Xbox through Xbox Game Pass, so we have all the ingredients for the first great viral hit of the year.
However, interestingly, the PC version of Palworld and the Xbox version are not exactly the same. The Steam version has some features that the Microsoft console does not have, something that Pocketpair has since assured that it is not because it is an older version of the Early Access title.
According to what they say from the studio (via Windows Central), this is because they are waiting for the certification process to finish before they can add those features. “that doesn’t mean Xbox is necessarily ‘behind’ or anything,” they say. “They are just fundamentally two different versions of the game because of the architecture on Xbox is different”.
