PlayStation Plus September 2023 free games for PS5 and PS4 confirmed

PlayStation Plus is getting it’s now traditional monthly boost thanks to the announcement of the free games of September 2023. Available for every subscriber of the Essential Tier and higher, three titles have been chosen as gifts for you to download and keep so long as you keep your sub.

This month, the games chosen to be free are actually quite heavy, with hundreds of hours of potential content to find. We already knew about the arrival of the Saints Row reboot thanks to a leak by Billbil-kun, but now we also know that the list will be completed by two other games: the absolutely stunning MMORPG, Black Desert, and the retro-futuristic robot uprising of Generation Zero.

There’s still time to get the games of August, in case you haven’t claimed them yet. You have until September 4 to add the titles listed below to your library, and while some might not be of your personal taste, there’s hardly a good reason not to claim a free game, just in case. Remember you’ll be able to play any of these forever, so long as you’re still subscribed to any PlayStation Plus tier.
