Pokémon TCG Pocket Kicks Off the Venusaur Drop Event: All Promo-A Cards, Rewards, and Probabilities
The last Pokémon TCG Pocket Event before the end of the year is here, and Greninja and Venusaur are the main protagonists. We tell you everything you can get and the best way to get it.
After the Lapras Event and the Genetic Apex 1 Event, Pokémon TGC Pocket has announced what will keep us glued to our phones for the next few days. It will be a new single battle event where we can get up to five new cards, and two of them are the juicy Greninja and Venusaur. Time to see all the details.
What are Pokémon TGC Pocket Drop Events?
Pocket Drop Events are temporary events that allow you to earn promotional cards by playing individual matches. Each time you win a battle, you will be rewarded with a randomly selected Pocket Drop Pack, though all of its contents can only be obtained through the event.
Venusaur Drop Event: Promo-A Cards and Rewards
The Venusaur Drop Event will run until 12/13/2024 at 00:59 ET and will consist of four difficulties. The main Venusaur card will only be released if you win Advanced, and even then it will be released in the following percentages
- Venusaur Promo-A (12,660%)
- Greninja Promo-A (15,820%)
- Haunter Promo-A (23,804%)
- Onix Promo-A (23,804%)
- Jigglupuff Promo-A (23,804%)
Fighting will consume “Event Stamina,” a type of blue diamond that regenerates every 12 hours, of which we can accumulate up to five. In addition, new event-themed mats, card covers, and coins will be added to the store on December 6:
Best Decks for Pokémon TCG Pocket
The Fire decks are the ones that have it easier in this event because their attacks do more damage and allow you to complete the extra challenges that give some additional rewards, but basically any deck would be worth it as long as it is good.
