Pokémon TCG Pocket reveals the purpose of the secret item that only a few players have, and the disappointment is total

In October 2024, right at the launch of Pokémon TCG Pocket, those who embarked on the adventure at the beginning received a special item. For months, the Advance Ticket’s description told us to be patient, that one day we would see what it was for. Obviously, if you didn’t live through that era, you won’t be able to receive it. Now, after solving the mystery, the community is terribly disappointed just as the new expansion is about to arrive.

The use of the Advance Ticket has disappointed all fans

Well, the game’s official account in Japan has revealed that the Advance Ticket is used to participate in a global raffle. On October 30 at 1:00 AM ET, three prizes will be raffled off to a specific number of players.

The first prize will only be awarded to 100 winners and consists of a package of envelope hourglasses. The second prize is open to 10,000 winners, but each winner will only receive 120 envelope hourglasses. The third prize is a consolation prize. Regardless of whether or not you have the Advance Ticket, you will receive at least 24 envelope sand timers.

Users have expressed their dissatisfaction on social media. Loyal customers, who were there on the first day and received the coupon, expected a much more significant reward than simply participating in a raffle.
