Pokémon World Championships 2024: All Rewards During the Event
Pokémon Fever can be experienced around the world, with surprises for those who watch the Twitch broadcasts.
The Pokémon World Championships 2024 are coming up this weekend. The best Pokémon players will gather in Honolulu, Hawaii, to try to be the best. But what about the fans who can’t make the trip to Hawaii? While we’ve already covered the match schedules and where to watch, it’s time to check out all the rewards and activities surrounding the event.
Pokémon World Championships 2024 Rewards and Activities
You may be wondering, “If I’m not in Hawaii, what’s in it for me?” Pokémon Fever will be available around the world, with surprises for those who watch the Twitch broadcasts. Pokémon Trading Card Game Live, Pokémon GO and Pokémon Scarlet & Violet will receive some Pokémon celebrating past victories via codes that will appear during the broadcasts. These games and Pokémon Unite will also receive extras from Twitch Drops through various channels.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
- Watch the broadcasts to get a code for Mystery Gift and get the Sylveon from Tomoya Ogawa, Yokohama Senior Division Champion.
Pokémon TCG Live
- Percharunt ex from the Shrouded Fable expansion arrives with a special illustration.
- Watch for 30 minutes on Twitch.tv/PokemonTCG and you’ll receive two digital booster packs from the latest Shrouded Fable expansion. Watch for 90 minutes to get an alternate art version of the Pokémon World Championships 2024 box, coin, and cases.
- On the other hand, there are also Twitch drops for watching any of the partner streamers during the event. Watching a TCG stream for an hour will earn you a Spheal-inspired kit.
Pokémon GO
- On August 16, tune into Twitch.tv/PokemonGO for 30 minutes to receive a Temporary Investigation that will lead to an encounter with ItsAXN’s Sableye, champion of the 2023 Pokémon World Championships.
- Watching any of the partner streamers for 30 minutes will earn you a Temporary Investigation that will lead you to this year’s costumed Pikachu.
Pokémon Unite
- Tune in to twitch.tv/PokemonUNITE on August 17, at least one hour before the finals begin, to receive an Enhancer Box. Watching one hour of this stream will also earn you a Unite License Selection Box.

Pokémon World Championships 2024 coming to Pokémon GO
As usual, Pokémon GO will feature activities related to the Pokémon World Championships, including apparel, Temporary Investigations, and the event’s signature Pikachu. These activities will begin on August 16 at 10:00 am and end on August 20 at 8:00 pm local time.
